Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP) obtained last year a net profit of 4.1 million lei (923,000 euros), compared to a loss of 42.46 million lei in 2013, the results being supported by the recorded incomes resulting from the revaluation of assets.
The revenues of the real estate developer decreased by 11.5% last year to 32.3 million lei in 2013 to 28,600,000 lei (6.4 million).
The company reported a loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of 14.38 million lei (3.2 million), compared to 26.8 million lei in 2013, according to a report issued by Impact Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
Impact ended last year with a profit of 5.9 million lei (1.3 million) before interest and taxes (EBIT) compared with a loss of 40.9 million lei the previous year.
The company notes that late last year had 349 fully completed apartments and houses, with a surface of 30.700 square meters.
