cabana2Toma family has an area of 60 hectares of forest in the mountains of Buzau where there is the former hunting lodge of Nicolae Ceausescu. Oana and Adriana Toma will implement tourism knowledge learned in London, Paris, New York and Buenos Aires and make Hadar Chalet the place where the managers suffocated by deadlines to find relaxation and where decisions are made for successful businesses.

“When I studied business administration at the American University of Paris, my license work was just about how boutique hotels can fight with international chains. It was a coincidence that we have now to deal with this project. I never thought it would be my business and that I would be engaged in a major entrepreneurial project so soon after leaving school. Oana Toma, 25, and her eldest sister, Adriana, daughters of the largest entrepreneur from Buzau, Constantin Toma, Romet group owner.

” We haven’t felt attraction for any of the companies of the group because they are too technical. We have travelled a lot and we understood that this sector fits us better. We tried to work together with our father when we came back home but we had totally different ideas. In this tourism business we will have the total freedom decission”, said Oana.
