It will be inaugurated the largest multiplex in Constanta, which will also be the first cinema with 4DX technology outside Bucharest.
The shopping center is developing with a lettable area of 21,000 sq m on the former parking space outside. Currently, the mall has a gross rentable area of 30,000 sq m.
City Park Mall is developing 40,000 sq m of built area, 21,000 lettable sq m. The extension will include a cinema with 10 halls equipped with 4DX technology, a gym, a la carte and fast food restaurants, but also fashion brands. At the same time, the project which involves an investment of 40 mil. euro, provides a two-level underground parking, and parking spaces on the roof, a total of 1,400 parking spaces provided.
City Park Mall will become the main landmark of of fashion and entertainment in the city, respecting the environment and public demands of Constanta citizens. The investment is strategically important not only for NEPI but also for Constanta.
